Electrophoresis
The method of Electrophoresis is based on the electrokinetic phenomenon. It is succeeded a coating of a thin transparent polyurethane layer, or other organic material, offering protection on the treated part.
The method is competitive to the usual vernice, where in certain applications it subsides them completely. Widely is applied in the decorative field, the building materials, the automotive industry etc. The advantages are:
- Environmental friendly
- Application in production lines, where there is no need to dry the parts from the previous process step, to apply the protection coating.
- Dying of coated layer
- Apply directly on the treated parts, without previous protection.
